Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: March 15, 2026

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy defines the standards of conduct expected when using the all-tech.services website, submitting requests through our forms, and engaging with All-Tech Services personnel or remote support tools. These rules exist to protect our clients, staff, and systems.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use this website or our services to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, networks, or client systems
  • Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading support requests or contact inquiries
  • Submit unsolicited commercial messages, spam, or promotional content through our contact or support forms
  • Distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, or any other malicious software through our communication channels
  • Engage in phishing, social engineering, or impersonation of All-Tech Services personnel or clients
  • Interfere with the availability or performance of this website through denial-of-service attacks, excessive scraping, or automated abuse
  • Use remote support access for any purpose other than the specific, agreed-upon support session
  • Conduct any activity that violates applicable local, state, federal, or international laws
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse All-Tech Services staff or other users

Remote Support Scope

When you request remote support, you grant All-Tech Services limited, temporary access to your device for the sole purpose of diagnosing and resolving the issue described in your support request. This access is granted only for the duration of the approved support session. Using or attempting to use remote sessions for any other purpose is prohibited.

All-Tech Services will not access files, accounts, or systems beyond what is necessary to complete the support task. If you believe a session has exceeded its authorized scope, terminate the session immediately and contact us.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for maintaining current backups of their systems and data unless backup services are explicitly included in a separate written agreement with All-Tech Services. All-Tech Services is not liable for data loss or system damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, hardware failure, or events outside the scope of an active support session.

Enforcement

All-Tech Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate service to any individual or organization that violates this policy without prior notice. Violations involving illegal activity may be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
